We all have a variety of images in our mind when we think of simple pleasures. Truly a simple pleasure for me about this time of the year, is making several runs of my Lime Pickles.
There is something very relaxing and fulfilling about this activity for me, not to mention the joy it brings to me to serve them, cook with them, and give them as gifts to friends! The process takes a couple of days, but when the lids are tightened and I wait to hear the seal of the lids, the work is well worthwhile!
