I am going to try these great little “shamrock” chips using spinach tortilla’s with a spinach dip for my St. Patrick’s Day celebration at Chestnut Cottage later this month. A shamrock cookie cutter should do the trick! And a quick bake in the oven would render them very crispie. Thought you might want to try them too!
