As we begin preparing for our holiday entertaining and for all of the fabulous events we might be attending, it is never too early to plan a perfect collection of pieces for at home entertaining or a night on the town. For me, it is all about classic style! The classics allow us to buy a little better quality, yet keep these lovely items for many years and still feel great in them.  I am all about black, or black and white, but there are so many great pieces with color to get you in the spirit of the festive holidays ahead.

Or perhaps this white tunic and leggings for your at home entertaining.

For a bold pop of pattern and scale, try this large scale houndstooth blouse with a great pair of black slacks, black velvet capri pants, or even a black pencil skirt. Then finish off the look with a sassy pair of black heels.
