After lots of bubbles on New Year’s Eve, you could really be on your way to becoming passionate about Champagne! So in your New Year’s Day festivities, why not try a Champagne bar. To usher in 2013, fill a collection of fun bottles with mixers such as peach nectar, cassis, orange juice, and cranberry juice, lavender, or rose water and simply ice them down for a bit, along with bottles of Champagne. Guests can help themselves to their favorite flavors by combining equal parts chilled Champagne and their mixer of choice, in their preference of Champagne glasses…flutes or coupes.
