Kathy and I had lots of work to do on some exciting upcoming book event, so I decided to make an overnight visit to Chestnut Cottage! Before we got down to work, Kathy took me on a little trip to Barber’s Orchard to collect some perfectly sweet gala apples in order to make her age old recipe, Apple Flan!
I’ve never made (or even tasted) apple flan before so I quite interested about this little treat! For those of you who need a great Fall recipe, I was able to secure this one from Chestnut Cottage! I also documented the process below! Enjoy.
