Many years ago, I attended a cooking class for Thanksgiving dishes.  One of the recipes we did at that class was Cranberry Conserve and every year since, it has been on my Thanksgiving meal menu!

This conserve is so easy to make and keeps for several weeks in the refrigerator.  I often double the recipe in order to send guest home with a little jar for a yummy turkey Panini.

This delicious looking Panini is one from Williams Sonoma, but in that I am not a blue cheese fan, I do my after Thanksgiving Panini with turkey, mayo, baby arugula, cranberry conserve, and provolone cheese.

And recently, I found this very interesting use of leftover turkey and cranberry sauce on Pinterest…a recipe from Lauren Hendrickson.

I will definitely have to try your panini using the cranberry relish. One panini I make all the time is turkey, provolone cheese, fig jam and slices of pear.

I am NOT a fan of Blue Cheese either!!! Think I’ll “doctor up” my cranberry relish with some of your additions. Back to the baking…franki

Looks yummy! Homemade cranberry sauce is so much better than the canned. Orange and cranberry compliment each other so well. Your Thanksgiving floral arrangements looked fantastic! I’m using orchids in various colors this Holiday season and just changing out containers for Thanksgiving and Christmas.
