Today, I thought I would share with you two of my favorite recipes for Super bowl entertaining. One of my favorite appetizer recipes is for Hot Artichoke Dip. Years ago, a co-worker gave me this recipe and…once again, I changed it around a bit. This recipe is in The Collected Tabletop, but if you missed it, here you are!

I also have a Chicken Three Bean Chili recipe that I love to do in the slow cooker and it is always a hit. I usually double the recipe for hearty servings for male guests!

    It is always a hit and my son-in-law can eat about an entire run by himself!

    The three bean chicken chile sounds great. I’ve only made a white chicken chili with navy beans. Reading your artichoke dip recipe I was surprised to see Hellman’s mayonnaise. I thought southerners only used Duke’s!

    You made me chuckle Carolyn! My grandmother always used Duke’s, but at some point, I started using Hellman’s and I love it!
