One of my oldest and most favorite recipes is for “Pinch Bread”! I made it several times during the holidays and received a comment from one of our readers of The Collected Room requesting the recipe. If you have my book, The Collected Tabletop, the recipe is in the Thanksgiving chapter. This bread is simply a homemade yeast bread, presented in a bundt pan and then “pinched off”.
